| Initial Consultation We'll meet to explore the project, to find out more about each other and to discuss the space, your requirements and budget. We are experienced in all styles and periods from contemporary to traditional, but we will be keen to know your likes and dislikes and what ultimately your vision. We will need to survey the space to be re designed and may make some sketches and take photographs at this stage. Following the meeting we will send you a quotation for the work you would like us to undertake. The Design Stage Once you have approved our proposal and we have obtained a brief from you, we would then begin to explore the options for the project. We will make recommendations, select samples and produce mood boards to illustrate how it will all come together beautifully. We will then come and meet with you to present the options, discuss the next steps and finalise the design. Depending on the extent of the work, this stage may also include 2D and 3D visuals of the space to create a realistic impression of the proposed scheme. Schedule of Works Once all of the finishes have been decided, we will produce detailed information and schedules for contractors and tradesmen so that everyone knows what is happening. Project Management We will work for you or with you during the implementation stage of the project at whatever the level you require to ensure an outstanding outcome. Straight-forward. Simple. Easy. We believe in making the whole process as smooth and as enjoyable as possible, from start to finish. In addition, we offer a 'house doctor' service where we will visit your home and offer advice on suitable changes to optimise it for sale or rental. We also offer an on-the-spot advice service for a fixed fee from £50; employing a professional interior designer makes good sense and can often save you a fortune. |
