Delivery Costs & Shipping Times
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight.
All orders received are dispatched by the following working day at the latest,using Royal Mail 1st Class. If you need your items fast, & guaranteed for next day delivery, please make your order by telephone. (The cut-off time for this is usually around 3pm)
Orders for items weighing over 2kg are automatically sent by courier & leave our offices the next working day after your order is placed. They will usually arrive with you the next working day after that.
All orders sent by courier will need a signature from you upon delivery.
UK (Including Scottish Highlands) Item(s) are sent Royal Mail Standard 1st Class (proof of posting always obtained)

RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your order in writing (email address below) within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You need to return the item(s) to us. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost. Goods need to be returned in perfect, unopened, unused, unwashed condition and with all original packaging.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Certain items, toiletries and beauty products, are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, for toiletries and beauty products.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed, and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. When returning items it's best to use a recorded or traceable service to ensure we receive your package, as we are not responsible for items returned to us if lost in the post.

The Verve Design website is operated on the following terms and conditions, and by using the site you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions which shall be interpreted according to the laws of England.
We take great care to ensure that our website accurately represents the goods shown, but we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
To be eligible to purchase from this sight you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card and warrant that the personal information you are required to provide is true, accurate and current in all respects.
When purchasing, you will be requested to complete the checkout process and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over the age of 18.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
We may not accept your order if:
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- An item you have ordered is out of stock
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between Verve design and you, will take place when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched your order.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
We may change the terms and conditions at our discretion and by using the site after such change you agree to comply with and be bound by these.
