Terms and Conditions / Delivery Costs
The Verve Design website is operated on the following terms and conditions, and by using the site you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to accept the terms and conditions which shall be interpreted according to the laws of England.
We take great care to ensure that our website accurately represents the goods shown, but we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
To be eligible to purchase from this sight you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card and warrant that the personal information you are required to provide is true, accurate and current in all respects.
When purchasing, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated.
We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over the age of 18.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
We may not accept your order if:
- We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- An item you have ordered is out of stock
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between Verve design and you, will take place when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched your order.

You have a right to cancel your order in writing within seven days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.
Verve Design may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Verve Design.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
We may change the terms and conditions at our discretion and by using the site after such change you agree to comply with and be bound by these.
Delivery Costs & Shipping
As the majority of our goods are bulky we operate a weight-based system to calculate shipping rates.
UK
UP TO 300g £2.50 Standard Royal Mail 1st Class
300g - 1kg - £4.50 Standard or £7.00 (Express – Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day by 1pm) PLEASE NOTE THE EXPRESS SERVICE CAN ONLY BE GUARANTEED FOR ORDERS RECEIVED BY MIDDAY.
1kg - 10kg DHL Home 48 - £10.00 Your parcel will be delivered nationwide within 2 working days from collection. 95% are delivered the next working day.
Scottish Highlands
1kg - 10kg DHL Home 48 - £20.00 Your parcel will be delivered nationwide within 2 working days from collection. 95% are delivered the next working day.
We offer a next working day, express delivery in the UK Mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands, if you place your order by midday Monday to Friday. Friday orders delivered Monday. A signature is required on receipt of goods.
Our Shipping charges include packaging, handling, & delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs.
Overseas
Europe Up to 300g Royal Mail International Signed For - Standard £7.60
300g - 1kg Royal Mail Airsure – Standard 2-5 days £14.00
Europe(Non UK) - 1kg - 4kg DHL Euro Plus - £25.00
Transit times to Europe are 3-4 days. Faster delivery can be expected to Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Rest of the World Up to 300g Royal Mail International Signed For - Standard £9.00
300g - 1kg Royal Mail Airsure/Airmail - £20.00
Rest of the World 1kg – 4kg Courier 2-5 days £45.00
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Fabrics & Product Care page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed, and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. When returning items please use a recorded or traceable service to ensure we receive your package, as we are not responsible for items returned to us if lost in the post.
