Returns Policy. 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please notify us by e-mail within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 14days to receive your refund. This applies to all our goods except where the item has been used unless it is  faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.


Returning Goods

Goods must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all contents and packaging to our Returns Department,

Please enclose your name and address details, and reason for return, inside the parcel to ensure a prompt refund.


Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods to us unless the item is faulty or it was delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. 


Your Right to Cancel Orders & Your Statutory Rights


The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations gives you the right to a 'cooling off' period, i.e. a right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of receipt of the goods and return them for a full refund. This applies to all our goods except where the item has been worn. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, fax, letter or telephone. The goods must be returned in mint, saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
